Tengah EC Executive Condominium Price
The first land to be auctioned for the Tengah Executive Condominium (EC) is now sold to Taurus Properties SG. The developer paid $400,318,000 for the plot ratio of 6.09, or $603 psf ppr. This is a record price for an EC site under the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme. The development company is a joint venture between CDL and MCL Land.
The land bid price of the Tengah Garden Walk EC is at $603 psf ppr. The average psf for this development will probably be between $1100 and $1200 psf. The development’s launch date is yet to be determined, but it is already under construction. Tengah Garden Walk EC is being developed by City Development (CDL), an established developer in Singapore. CDL is the trusted name behind many successful residential projects in the city. MCL Land, on the other hand, is part of the Jardine Matheson Group (Hongkong Land Holdings) and has extensive experience in residential development in Singapore. In addition to Tengah Garden Walk EC, it also worked on Parc Esta, Sol Acres and Leedon Green.
There are 5 distinct districts in the new town of Tengah, one of which is the executive condominium. The Tengah Executive Condominium sits on a 22,020 sqm site, with a gross plot ratio of 2.8. There will be six hundred and twenty residential units. It will also include a magnificent clubhouse and several themed pavilions. Viewing the condo’s showcases is available only by appointment.
