One Holland Village Residences achieves 80% take-up rate

Shops and other new launches, such as the Clement Canopy and Whistler Grand on EdgeProp.sg80% of the 296-unit condominium, One Holland Village Residences along Holland Village Way, has been sold, according to a Jan 11 press release by Far East Organization. The 99-year leasehold project is part of the One Holland Village mixed-use development, spearheaded by Far East Organization, Sekisui House and Sino Group.

A majority of the buyers for One Holland Village Residences are local, with 35% of these buying for investment purposes. The majority of foreign buyers are from America, with Indonesian and Chinese buyers coming in second and third. The development offers three main offerings: Sereen, Leven and Quincy Private Residences.

Sereen is a 34-storey tower with 248 apartments comprised of one- to three-bedders measuring 484 to 1,098 sq ft, and 94% of these one-bedders have been sold at an average price of $2,649 psf. Leven is a collection of 21 two-bedders between 807 and 1,087 sq ft, with 19 having been sold at an average price of $2,909 psf.

For Quincy Private Residences, all 27 luxury apartments – which include three- and four-bedroom units, with one penthouse of 3,488 sq ft – have been sold, including a four-bedder on the 27th floor that fetched $7.15 million ($3,426 psf). Units achieved an average price of $3,233 psf at this offering.

Far East Organization also noted that One Holland Village Shops, the retail component of the development, currently has an expected occupancy of 82% due to the committed leases and leases pending final execution. A total of 44 tenants have been secured for the three-storey mall, with anchor tenant CS Fresh taking up 8,000 sq ft of space.

The mall itself is slated to open by Tengah EC the end of this year, with One Holland Village Residences targeted for completion by the end of 2024. It is evident that this development, with its central locality and attractive and unique proposition, continues to be well-received.
