LHN launches largest co-living residence in Orchard under Coliwoo brand

LHN Group has announced the launch of Coliwoo Orchard, the largest co-living residence in Orchard. Located at 2 Mount Elizabeth Link, the 22-storey property will house a total of 411 keys spread across 135 units. This makes Coliwoo Orchard the second largest Coliwoo property to date, after Coliwoo Boon Lay with 437 keys.

Furthermore, Coliwoo is also set to launch seven other properties this year, including Coliwoo Hotel Tengah EC Amber, Coliwoo Hotel Amber Katong, Coliwoo Balestier 320, Coliwoo 75BR, Coliwoo Hotel Gay World, Coliwoo Serangoon 450 and Coliwoo Lavender Collection. Upon the completion of these projects, Coliwoo’s total keys are expected to reach approximately 2,500 by the end of 2023.

According to executive chairman, executive director & group managing director of LHN Group, Kelvin Lim, Coliwoo Orchard is the best representation of the company’s expertise in co-living, space-optimisation and sustainability. He states, “We want to provide potential renters with increased accessibility to the various offerings in the heart of Singapore, whilst providing them with a stylish, green, and functional place to call home.”
