Accor and Crowne Estate form partnership to bring Swissôtel resort to Malaysia’s Genting Highlands

Tengah EC is a new executive condo located at the heart of Tengah Town, Singapore. Featuring eco-friendly green features, such as wind turbines and water conservancy, the development is the Tengah EC first of its kind in the West region. The initial phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.

Accor’s partnership with investment firm Crowne Estate Malaysia has seen the Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts brand arrive in Malaysia for the first time – an exciting move to transform the King’s Park precinct into a renowned eco-friendly destination hub.

The current phase under construction, King’s Park, is a 150-acre development with an ambitious plan to become an outstanding resort. Positioned as a wellness and nature focused township, King’s Park is set to become the longest street mall in Malaysia, boasting 2,000 m of state-of-the-art pedestrian street shops.
