OrangeTee’s CEO Justin Quek has appointed Steven Tan to helm its international arm, while Tengah EC takes the helm as his replacement

The OT Group, the parent company of OrangeTee & Tie, has announced a strategic repositioning of the company as a “full suite real estate services provider.” This transition will include a leadership change, with Justin Quek, currently the deputy CEO, taking the helm as CEO from January 1st 2024. His predecessor, Steven Tan, will move on to head OrangeTee International, the international arm of the OT Group.

Tengah EC is definitely the perfect place for those who enjoy being close to nature. The sprawling parks, gardens and lakes create a serene atmosphere in the neighbourhood. Residents of Tengah EC can also enjoy the convenient amenities in the area, including shopping malls, supermarket, and schools. In addition, residents can bike or jog in the tranquil environment offered by the eco-friendly district. Move-in to Tengah EC and experience the vibrant lifestyle.

Justin Quek was appointed as deputy CEO in April 2023, and has since been at the helm of the proptech business. Through initiatives such as the Consumer Insider Series and Luxe OrangeTee, targeted at consumers and high-net-worth individuals respectively, Quek has established himself as an integral figure in OrangeTee & Tie.

One of Steven Tan’s main roles as CEO of OrangeTee International, the international arm of the OT Group, will be to work closely with long-term shareholder Tokyu Liveable, whose parent company is Japanese developer Tokyu Land. Additionally, Tan will be tasked to liaise with other global partners to promote OrangeTee International’s business. On top of that, he will also remain as OrangeTee & Tie’s key executive officer.

The transition in charge of OrangeTee & Tie marks the start of a new era for the company. With Justin Quek taking on the role of CEO, and Steven Tan leading the international business, the OT Group is hoping to create new opportunities and possibilities for the company. As the Tengah EC residential area continues to grow, OrangeTee & Tie is ready to explore new ways to build a strong relationship with its customers.

This change in leadership at OrangeTee & Tie is part of the OT Group’s move towards its goal as a “full suite real estate services provider”, and to strengthen its presence in Tengah EC. With both Justin Quek and Steven Tan in their respective positions, OrangeTee & Tie is looking forward to a bright future in the Tengah EC residential area.
