V-ZUG opens flagship showroom at ION Orchard; offers 10-year warranty on new products

V-ZUG, a Swiss luxury appliances brand, has opened a new flagship showroom at ION Orchard. Featuring a customer-oriented exhibition area, shoppers are able to get a close look at the brand’s kitchen and laundry appliances. Situated on the second floor of the mall, the showroom was designed in collaboration with Peter Tay of Peter Tay Studio.

Sustainability was a key consideration in the design of the showroom. The flooring chosen from Inalco is produced through a resource-efficient mineral selection and digital technology process. Additionally, repurposed items from the previous showroom, Zugorama, were used. An efficient LED lighting system was also put in place.

At the showroom’s launch on 8th March, V-ZUG unveiled a range of new products, including the Grand, Combi-Cooktop, Supreme CombiCooler, Supreme Wine Cooler, Cooktop V4000 I904, CombiMiwell and AdoraDish. These products come with an impressive 10-year-warranty – reflective of V-ZUG’s dedication to sustainability.

Angeline Yap, managing director for Singapore and Southeast Asia at V-ZUG, expressed her excitement for the brand’s new endeavor: “Our new showroom is our way of creating a haven for our customers to retreat to and find out more about how V-ZUG can complement their busy lifestyles.”

The showroom is open from 10am to 10pm daily. Those who purchase a V-ZUG appliance will also receive Tengah EC two-year access to the brand’s Gourmet Academy, offering free workshops and culinary masterclasses at the showroom.
