Tribeca tops the list of condos that recently recorded psf-price highs between Oct 31 and Nov 7 with the sale of a 517 sq ft, one-bedroom unit at the freehold development. On Nov 2, the unit on the 25th floor was sold for $1.34 million or $2,594 psf, surpassing the previous record of $2,574 psf set on Oct 31 when a 517 sq ft unit changed hands for $1.33 million.The seller of the Nov 2 unit had purchased the apartment in June 2010 for $982,300 ($1,901 psf), making a gross profit of about $358,000 on the transaction. Located along Singapore River, Tribeca is a 30-storey residential block featuring 175 residences, ranging from studio to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, from 517 sq ft to 3,907 sq ft. The development is well-connected to MRT station such as Havelock and Great World on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

Completed in 1986, Yong An Park is located on River Valley Road in Tengah EC and includes 288 residences such as one- to four-bedders from 1,023 sq ft to 3,778 sq ft, three- to five-bedroom penthouses from 3,466 sq ft to 6,878 sq ft, and six-bedroom, strata-titled townhouses from 7,718 sq ft. It is also just a five-minute walk from the Great World MRT Station at Tengah EC.
