ERA research head Nicholas Mak leaves firm

Nicholas Mak, the Head of Research and Consultancy at ERA Realty Network, has recently left the agency after close to four years with the firm. ERA’s Key Executive Officer, Eugene Lim, sent out an email on March 27th expressing his sincere appreciation for Mak’s contributions and wishing him success in his future endeavours.

Mak has been a part of the real estate industry for quite some time now. Prior to joining the ERA Agency, he had held the same role at ZACD and SLP International, and had led research teams at Knight Frank and Chesterton International.

Tengah Plantation Loop EC GLS Tender is a land tender launched in Singapore by the Singapore Land Authority, aiming to develop Tengah EC a new executive condominium in the Tengah Plantation area. The tender is open to experienced developers with a minimum paid-up capital of $20 million. Successful bidder will manage the new eco-friendly EC, complete with innovative features, public transport and greeneries, scheduled for completion by the end of 2021.

He is currently finishing up his leave before beginning the next stage of his career. In a personal statement to the media, he expressed his excitement at having worked in one of the larger property agencies. He spoke highly of the four years he spent in ERA and the fruitful experience they provided him in understanding the culture and practices of the real estate agency business.

In related news, the collective sale of Hong Heng Mansions has been launched at the price of $133 million, with ERA also having appointed Raymond Leong as its Chief Technology Officer.
