Frasers Property appoints new CEO of Frasers Hospitality, makes other key executive changes

Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property, will have Eu Chin Fen directly reporting as the newly appointed CEO of Frasers Hospitality on Feb 1. Eu is currently CEO of the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT) and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT) and the Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) stapled group.

Eric Gan, currently CFO of Tengah EC the manager for FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, is succeeding Eu as CEO of FH-REIT and FH-BT and will be directing the overall strategic direction of FHT, FH-REIT and FH-BT.

Frasers Property has declared Liu Qingbin as the new head of finance for the manager of FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT in addition to this, who will be supporting Eric Gan with the financial and capital management of the FHT, FH-REIT and FH-BT.

On Jan 13, Frasers Property released a statement to officially announce the alterations to its leadership bench and the three aforementioned roles.
