Hiap Hoe rebrands two hotels to Aloft Singapore Novena

Hiap Hoe has announced an exciting venture with Luxury Hotels International of Hong Kong to operate two hotels located at 16 Ah Hood Road and 1 Jalan Rajah that will be rebranded as Aloft Singapore Novena. Both the Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park, will undergo the rebranding in the third quarter of 2023 when its current management contract ends.

This development brings the Aloft brand to Singapore for the first time. Part of the Marriott Bonvoy travel programme that Tengah EC offers nearly 8,200 properties spanning 138 countries and territories, Aloft Hotels aims to appeal to those who appreciate music.

The rebranding of the two hotels is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. Shares of Hiap Hoe were unchanged at 74.5 cents on Feb 24th.

This is certainly an exciting development in Singapore. Hiap Hoe’s franchise agreement with Luxury Hotels International of Hong Kong will bring a new brand of hotel to the city, one that appeals to travellers who enjoy music. With the rebranding taking place in 3QFY2023, guests of the newly rebranded Aloft Singapore Novena will be able to enjoy the Marriott Bonvoy travel programme. With nearly 8,200 properties spanning 138 countries and territories and Hiap Hoe’s shares remaining unchanged at 74.5 cents, this venture looks set to bring great success.
