Strata office units at Southpoint sold for $32.68 million
Savills Singapore, who brokered a record high deal for strata office units at Southpoint, an office building located at 200 Cantonment Road in Singapore, have recently sold these units for an impressive $32.68 million. Spanning 10,893 sq ft, this translates to a sale price of $3,000 psf, marking a record high in terms of price psf that has ever been transacted at Southpoint.
Yap Hui Yee, executive director, investment sales & capital markets at Savills, who brokered the deal, had also previously sold two floors at Southpoint for $2,444 psf in 2019. Situated in District 2 near the Greater Southern Waterfront precinct, Southpoint is a 16-storey office freehold commercial building that is within walking distance of the Tanjong Pagar and Outram MRT Stations, as well as the upcoming Cantonment MRT Station.
