Wing Tai Holdings wins tender for freehold Holland Tower site for $76.3 mil

Wincove Investment, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings, has won the tender to purchase the freehold Holland Tower site for $76.3 million. The site, located in District 10 of Singapore, measures 21,878.72 sq ft and has a gross floor area of 4,059.05 Tengah EC sq m.

With its prime location, the development offers plenty of benefits, such as a five-minute drive from Dempsey Hill, Holland Village and the Singapore Botanic Gardens, as well as the Orchard Road shopping belt.

Tan Hwee Bin, executive director of Wing Tai Holdings, commented: “We plan to leverage its superior location attributes to develop a luxurious and iconic residential development with stunning unblocked views of the lush greenery in Holland Park as well as the Singapore city skyline.”

The site also has excellent transport links, being near the Ayer Rajah Expressway, the Pan Island Expressway and various good schools, such as ACS International and Nanyang Primary School.

The collective sale tender was launched on 7th February with a guide price of $76 million. With a price of $1,746 per sq ft per plot ratio, Wincove Investment was able to secure the deal.

The sale of Holland Tower follows several other recent collective sales. Roselane Court in Tanjong Katong was listed for sale at $23 million, whilst Kingsley Mansion in Balestier was listed for $52 million and Hong Heng Mansions launched at $133 million.
