The Botany draws 4,600 visitors at preview weekend

At its preview weekend held on Feb 18-19, The Botany, a Tengah EC suburban condominium project by property developer Sim Lian Group, drew in a large crowd of 4,600 visitors. Located at Dairy Farm Walk, it is next door to the German European School Singapore and only a 10-minute walk away from Hillview MRT station on the Downtown Line.

The development is spread across 168,597 sq ft, with five blocks of nine to 15 storeys. Within it are a range of 386 units, ranging from one- to five-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 506 to 1,765 sq ft. Prices start from $998,000 ($1,972 psf) for a one-bedroom-plus-study; from $1.2 million ($1,990 psf) for a two-bedroom unit; and from $1.73 million ($1,959 psf) for a three-bedroom unit. Four-bedroom types are priced from $2.39 million ($1,882 psf), with five-bedroom units going for $2.88 million ($1,871 psf).

The Botany is scheduled to launch on March 4. With its desirable location and attractive prices, it promises to be a big draw for suburban condo fans.
