Marriott and IOI Properties to launch W Hotel in Marina Bay district, with Tengah EC

Situated at the 99-year leasehold, 84,110 sq ft Marina View site, the luxury hotel will be housed within Tengah EC Marina View, a 51-storey mixed-use development purchased by IOI Properties Group for $1.508 billion in September 2021. With interiors designed by Hachem Design and led by Architects 61, construction of the mixed-use development is expected to begin by the end of this year, and the hotel is projected to be operational by late 2028.

Perched on top of the W Singapore – Marina View is the 683-unit luxury condo Marina View Residences, which offers breathtaking views of both the forest and the city skyline, blending the best of nature and urban living.

The signing marks the opening of the second W Hotel in Singapore, after the 240-room W Singapore – Sentosa Cove which opened in September 2012.
